A lot of us always want to get a pool, some of us want to know the benefits of a fiberglass pool over concrete, some just cant afford it, or its just too much of a hassle. But out of those of us that are thinking about buying a pool, which kind would be the best for us. There are pools that are made of fiberglass and there are pools made of cement, but which is better? The answer is simple... Which it would be fiberglass. Why you ask? some might be saying "cement pools are more permanent" that case might be true but... You also risk the pool getting cracks in it and it costs money to fix those cracks. Which is why fiberglass pools are the winning choice.
For one they are a a lot easier to install and less expensive mostly because they just dig a large whole and drop it right in there. As
with cement they have to did a hole, you have to have bought all that cement which can end up being a fortune, plus it takes a lot longer for the cement to dry and stabilize. Also some of the benefits of a fiberglass pool, when you get fiberglass you can get it in different colors and designs as apposed to cement where it is only one color. Plus its a lot harder to get the specific design that you want as opposed to fiber glass where you can order a custom design to your liking.
Then once you order that custom design, they bring it to your house and just drop it in with a crane. Of coarse there are a lot of hassles that come with installing a fiber glass pool. Such as the event where your street gets blocked off because the crane need room to lift the pool. There are also dangers as the pool could get dropped on your house or even someone else. As with cement, the workers just build the whole pool in your backyard or where ever you desire to place it so it makes it a lot safer but also a lot longer to build. Since you're paying for labor to. Which is why having the benefits of a fiber glass pool are a whole lot better then cement pools. So fiber glass is the way to go.
